These books are not advised and I think they should:

Princess, Daughters of Arabia, & Desert Royal
(by: Jean Sasson)

All are about a girl’s life and her struggle with equality of men and women in Saudi Arabia.
(all told from a princess’s point of view)

Good suggestion Thanya - it will relate both to Africa (since Saudi Arabia is in Africa) and also when we study the middle east.

oops, what I meant to say is that Saudi Arabia is next to Africa and, as you know from the Leopards of Zanzibar documentary, has had an influence on the development of the Swahili Coast.
